2. Collect samples and concept images for Client’s review and approval.

3. Create a scope of project outline including design fee & proposal

4. Virtual client meeting to present concept

1. Drawing Packages - Finished furniture plans and interior elevation

2. Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FFE) schedules and specifications.

3. Millwork Drawing Package -  For custom designed cabinetry and furnishings. 

1. Present final proposals with detailed list of all approved items and lead times to be ordered.

2. Ordering and purchasing through vendors.  

1. Coordinate with vendors to ensure all items are ordered and delivered on schedule.

2. Coordinate and oversee installation and final placement of all décor and furnishings.
